May 2026 Update:

Construction is moving along nicely! We’re working through the grading and drainage of the track right now, and will move into shaping after that. Make sure you're signed up for our newsletter and follow us on social media (@santacruztrails) to stay up to date as construction progresses.

We're still only 90% of the way toward our fundraising goal for this project -- will you help us bridge that last 10% gap? Donate today to help fund this new track!

About the Project

We've teamed up with Santa Cruz County Parks to design a new pump track for Felton's Covered Bridge County Park, located at the intersection of Graham Hill Road and Mount Hermon Road. The proposed track would take the place of an unused volleyball court in Covered Bridge County Park. It would bring new outdoor recreation opportunities to the area, and be the only resource of its kind in the San Lorenzo Valley.

Key Stats
• Construction starts as soon as the fundraising goal is met!
• $550K covers the cost of design and construction
• 10K sq ft graded footprint, with 5K sq ft of asphalt surface
• Paved surface suitable for bikes, skateboards, scooters, rollerskates/blades
• Similar in size to Harvey West Pump Track in the City of Santa Cruz
• Expected opening = ~12 weeks after groundbreaking
• Want to sponsor this track? Reach out to info@santacruztrails.org
